user groups

Permissions can be set at the folder, sub folder or tab level by selecting the tick box and then setting the permissions level as follows for both Local Forms and Global Switches:

Steps

1. System Staff Configuration Role Maintenance.
2. Select a Role to edit or create a new Role and type in a name and description.
3. Select items to apply permissions to (see above) and apply permissions.
4. Save the changes.
